Neighbours

Quote of the week

Lynn Scully (who is living with pretending-to-be-reformed bad boy, Paul Robinson), on being told by her priest that she couldn't marry in church because she's divorced, 'The Pope will never forgive me.'

Now I'm trying to decide whether to post something I've written. I will ponder a little longer.

Another "who is?" Lynn Scully? Thankfully I didn't have to worry about The Pope before marrying the husband.

I did think that was a ridiculous statement. Along with the "I thought there was a loophole" line - there isn't a loophole! If she was a good a Catholic as she says she is she'd know that...And she would probably go to church from time to time.

Maybe I'm taking this too seriously?

Taking it too seriously, Clare? Is it possible to take Neighbours too seriously? It's a serious business, this soap-watching!

Elsie, welcome back! Hope your holiday was good. Lynn Scully is this idiotic woman in our daily soap (australian in origin).

PS I deleted the second comment. I think I made my point the first time, but Blogger felt it was necessary to post it twice...

Aaaaww! Poor Lyn...don't give her too much of a bad time...she has to depend on the script writer! Imagine only being able to speak words scripted by someone else and in such a bad soap (I'm not a Neighbours fan, prefer Home and Away!). Give the silly woman a break...lol!

Scriptwriter? Are you trying to tell us it's not real, Robyn?!!

Ponder no further. I refer you to a quote courtesy of Winston in one of my earlier postings
"Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those that matter won't mind"
