Hi Liz, I've just had a wonderful time reading the last few posts in your blog and appeciating the pics - shame on me, as I travel around doing Christmas visits, I realise I am days and days behind with my reading.
You have such a great sense of humour, I have really enjoyed your stories, thank you.
Not that I needed cheering up, having a nice relaxing day; (it's Christmas day here of course) and about to start on making our 'dinner'. We are having oysters, one dozen each done 4 different ways - we'll have mornay and kilpatrick and some just natural... hmmm, I must be hungry!
oops, thought I'd better come back and say - we are not JUST having oysters, that's the first course, we are also having prawns and a greek salad, fetta cheese and olives and avocado....
