I put petrol in Betty today. At the pump in front of me was an elderly, very well-spoken, lady in an old BMW. She looked at Betty and said, 'I still have a passion for Beetles.' Then she told me about the red Beetle she'd had in 1963. Then she patted her BMW and said (to it), 'But I love you too.'
Beetle owners never forget their first love.

The Beetle is my dream car. And I will soon buy one. My parents and I are shopping around for a good deal. What suggestions do you have that will help in the process? Do you love your bug? How long have you had it? Have you experienced any problems with it?
