Just when I was starting to think that we may have got through it relatively unscathed, George had a small seizure last night.
It seems to have set him back a bit in the woofing for no reason stakes. After a seizure he needs to re-familiarise himself with us and his home, and he is a bit unsettled for a while, but he seems okay this morning.
My mood, which was low before, has sunk a bit further, however - Daughter and family got a new puppy yesterday and we are going to meet him today!
A bit of fluffy puppy and I can't imagine I'll be low for long.
The puppy will help for sure!

Thanks all. George seems fine again now. Well, as fine as he was before, which was wobbly and deaf and a bit blind - but happy!
