It's already too late for me

In Thrive (circuit training) tonight, I asked Jules, the trainer, if we could do extra bottom pertening exercises. He replied that we already did (long list of exercises) that are good for gluteus maximus.

Oh dear.

Liz, I miss a day of reading blogs and I come back to find I have missed about 6 of yours! As to the gluteus maximus, I've always wished I could stand on my head just to see if I could reverse gravity:)

I'm sorry to hear about your Aunt Maud. I hope the doctors can find something more they can do for her.
