Dr. receptio...I see things are no different in USA. Dr. receptionists perceive they are the self appointed protector of the doctor from his patient---> I have complained directly to physicians. AND POST OFFICE COUNTER employees are worst, at least in my town. Good thing I not others carry a gun.
