He disappeared to the shed returning moments later with said pickaxe. "I don't know what to do with that," I said. He proceeded to show me - but carefully. It will be a month or so before he can handle a pickaxe as he used to.
It took a while and a lot of muttering but ta-dah!

ReplyDeletebe careful when you swing something like that of your shins..... sometimes the pick can bounce off something and come flying through.... use carefully..... also this looks a perfect job for a "mattock"
