Calling Elfis

Thanks to everyone contributing and joining in, the bible study last night went well, thank you for asking. A section with some wonderful words like atonement and redemption. I like words.

I thought I was probably the first person to ever notice what an excellent passage it was. Then I read a study guide that said it was one of Paul's most famous pieces. So I guess others came to the same conclusion first. But I probably said it better. Or louder.

Anyway, always encouraging when you discover your way of thinking is in line with some very wise people. Doesn't happen very often ...

This morning Daughter asked me to keep GrandDaughter2 amused while she took a business call. Babysitting by zoom. We did some artwork.

I do enjoy drawing with them. They're at my level and still impressed by my handiwork.

Incidentally yesterday was not only Read in the Bath Day, it was also National Toothache Day, and Lox and Bagel Day. (Don't even know what lox is.) I'm not sure who comes up with these 'days' but I would love to find a complete list. There's probably one somewhere if I bothered looking.

There’s probably even a Day for Nothing Day..

Lox are actually quite tasty on bagels with cream cheese. I do not see or have it often but it is quite commonly available in traditional Jewish delis.

I really like the drawings!

I don't suppose there's a Read In The Shower Day? A Play The Pennywhistle In The Shower Day might be nice, though.
