Which wild flowers can I pick?

I meant to list the Twelve wild flowers on the List. they are:
Common dog-violet (Viola riviniana)
Red campion (Silene dioica)
Primrose (Primula vulgaris)
Greater stitchwort (Stellaria holostea)
Cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris)
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria)
Meadow buttercup (Ranunculus acris)
Oxeye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare)
Common knapweed (Centaurea nigra)
Daisy (Bellis perennis)
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis)

All very pretty! just don't bring Cow Parsley inside the house. ( One of those superstitions, like never putting an umbrella up inside or never putting shoes on a table )
