nettle and wild garlic omelette and
nettle and butternut squash risotto.
Today YS also made nettle pakoras and a healing balm. Presumably to take away the sting after you've picked your nettles.

They're full of iron, aren't they? I'm still not convinced, though. Perhaps if I concentrated on the fact that they're free...
And they have quite a ... um, sharp taste. But not very strong so not offensive. I write this not having picked any myself yet of course.
