O what fabulous furries!
I notice the other doggie's got a curly pipe-cleaner-tailed "traditional" look about him, smiling at Georgie like that... Or.. hey! Do you think she's a girl? Do you think they're having an affair? Maybe instead of getting the pooze next time he pinches your butter pat, George will sneak it out of the house and give it to her. (And she'll be scrabbling at some architect's frosted glass pannelling at 4am asking to go out on a Hampstead roof-terrace for a designer diarrhoea...!)

George has good taste in friends. What a lovely smile Willit is giving him.

Nothing like a good friend to make your day! I thought of George yesterday as I was driving down a country road on my way to the dentist. A dog that looked exactly like George was standing by the side of the road; I slowed down and honked, but he just moved to the side and stared at me as if he had every right to be there. All I could think of was, "It's George!" which of course was impossible, unless George has taken up swimming long distances:)

George doesn't share his food with anyone, gledwood!

I think so, Sonata. All show.

With a crash, mutley.

A short break before the next wrestle, cherrypie.

He's still only a puppy and is always very pleased to see George, dragonstar.

That must have been George's american alter ego, Rose!

Dur, OK dog psychology 101, as they'd say in America, "no-one eats from my bowl"...

I notice in the picture he's soaking wet, retrievers are well into swimming, right?

BTW I posted up a George-type photo today. I was writing about the Ottawa Ringworm Scandal (where 100s of poor doggies and cats are due to be KILLED bc the OSPCA say it's easier than treating so many animals with a highly contagious infection...
