Looks good - we usually put small chunks of chicken in with the salad plus the anchovies (of course!) and croutons.

there was chicken in that one, leslie. And I had the 'croutons' large like that in the restaurant last week and it seemed a more sensible way of of doing it than chasing tint ones round the plate!

And actually, the Caesar salad was first created by an Italian immigrant named Caesar living in San Diego and operating a restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico. We used to make it using fresh raw eggs. Yikes--I'm surprised we survived.
