Book reviews
I had to stop reading at one point ... as I was laughing too much to see the words!
M. Noyle
That is the charm of This Time Next Year by Liz Hinds. You want to go shopping with Aliss and her friends, help her sort out her relationships, and throttle her son--oops!
K. Sharman
It is a great read. Made me laugh and cry.
A. Thomas

Either we are in the universe to inhabit the lovely eternity of our souls and grow real, or else we might as well dedicate our days to shopping and kill time watching talk shows. John O'Donohue, Eternal Echoes: Celtic Reflections on Our Yearning to Belong

It's BEAUTIFUL, Liz! I can't imagine the frustration you went through, but now it's done I bet you think it was worth it. It's so light and bright and airy and modern!
Magnifique - love the colours.
Oh wow it's beautiful.
So envious right now.
You deserve that kitchen, you really do, but I do wish I had one like that.
Much love
Lia

Thanks for posting the pics. I have been trying to explain to Mr C for months how that little extended eating are works.
I will show him tomorrow!

Wow! How lovely and bright...and workable! You must be thrilled!
quite lovely!!
New one is brill.
Can I have the old one or has it gone to the great kitchen in the sky?
Wow!
Great job. Like the towel rail - wish we'd thought of that in ours now - we've one in the bathroom, never thought about it in the kitchen.... could I retro fit one?
By the way - male geeky thing, your cooker looks like it's a Rangemaster the same model as ours!
Word veri funy... hernest... while I try to be :-)
All perfect ! Like everyone else , I am eaten up with envy . I bet your cupboard door handles don't come off in your hands .
OOooh, all sparkley and shiny! Looks GREAT!
Love the pink wall, too. :)

wow i would kill for a kitchen like that well worth waiting for :-)
Thank you all! I'm delighted with the kitchen, as you can imagine!
Sorry, Calum, old one has already been rehabilitated.
Furtheron, yes, we had one in the bathroom and that's what gave us the idea. And it is indeed a rangemaster - the one with the lid.
It's gorgeous, Liz!! This looks straight out of a magazine. It was certainly worth all the hassle of remodeling. I think even I might enjoy cooking in a kitchen this bright and airy:)
Wow. Who did that??!? I mean, did you get a designer in?
