If E H Shepherd could do it

I decided that what this blog needs is some original artwork. Just as Winnie the Pooh stories were brought alive by the E H Shepherd illustrations - long before Disney got hold of them - so original artwork will do the same for my blog! And when I say original I mean, obviously, by me, artist extraordinaire.
A Soft Landing
Meeting Halfway
Why is it that what ends up on paper looks not a jot like what I see in my head?
And why has my text been underlined and how do I get rid of the underlining?

I love them Liz! They remind me of the drawings of another favourite blogger Maddy at Whitterer on Autism. Mercifully I will never offend the blogosphere with my drawing talents

Are these drawings based on real life? If so, poor George must have been somewhat shocked when you landed on top of him....

I love them and the captions :-)

So that's what it looked like when you landed on top of George! As one who has been pulled over by dogs in the past, I think he deserved it!! Love the illustration.

Love the doodles there is a blogger that I read sometimes that does a lot of them and I am quite jealous of her ability.

To get rid of your underlines I would guess you would have to go into your 'edit html' section of the post next to 'compose' and you will see underline in <> brackets and at the end /underline in <> brackets, delete them and save. That is if you typed it directly into blogger

Oh come on, jams! Your drawing can't be any worse than mine and what I figure is that when we're rich and famous for ... something or other ... our doodles will be worth millions!

It was George's fault in the first place, nick!

Thanks, cherrypie.

I looked at that, berni, but there was no obvious underline to be deleted.

Your blog doesn't need illustrations - but do them anyway, they are fun.
Hope your tum survived the boxing. And the rest of you.

Maybe you should put the novel aside for awhile, Liz, and publish some cartoons! Reminds of James Thurber's illustrations. I can't draw anything that even resembles this:)

You're a MUCH better artiste than I am...and to get rid of the underlining, try going to edit posts, highlight that section, and click on the eraser.
