Monochrome Maniacs

Not a good photo but an important occasion! In the centre of the top group of people, with hands on hips is Husband. He's standing on the cairn on the top of Snowdon, highest mountain in Wales. Yes, we did it! We walked to the top! But as you can see, conditions up there were not good.
Lots more details and photos of our long weekend in North Wales to follow, but, in the meantime, to take part in Monochrome Maniacs, go here.

For the top of Snowdon, that's not bad at all! It's certainly a different shot. Congrats on making it all the way up there.

Got your head in the clouds again, Liz.

Congratulations, that was one heck of a climb.....
Wow! It was not that bad when we went up there, (on the train) a few years ago.
Glad you got down safe and sound as well.

Congratulations :-)

On your travels did you seem some weird people running up and down the mountain?

Oooh, it looks foggy and deliciously creepy. See any ghosties or little people? I've heard that area is a favourite for the "Old Ones".

You can't fool me, that's not Snowdon, it's the top of the local landfill site.

Congratulations! Beautiful shot and I also enjoyed your next post so much. Looks like a great climb at such a beautiful place. I love fog so this is very appealing to me.

Congratulations! With that fog the picture must have come out in b & w by itself :-)
