George likes a challenge

George tried to mount a rottweiler today. I told the rotty's owner that George had had the op and she said her dog had too. It must confuse the hormones and scents. But, fair play, to mount a rottweiler is a challenge to set yourself. You've got to admire his audacity.

Later because he was fed up waiting for me to find a stick, he went and got his own from a tree. And insisted on carrying it with him.

Reminds me of taking first graders or younger to the pumpkin patch. The rule was, they could choose any pumpkin, but they had to carry it themselves.

Yes, you still have to admire his audacity and courage for attempting a rotty! lol

Goodness, that's not a stick, that's more like a roof beam. He's not secretly planning to build himself a luxury kennel, by any chance?

George is brave and determined as well as intelligent! Coconut, who is about half Sophie's size now, still can put her in her place. It's heart, not size that matters:)

I think you may be right about their being confused about something.

Luckie, a female, "marks" the house by rubbing her hair against mainly uphostered furniture. She does this expecially after she has been washed and groomed.

It is first female I've ever had to do this. But then she had litters before spaying.

Memories? Or gender confusion?

What a lovely dog! He looks just like our goldie, Sandy - except that ours is 13 now. Enjoy your dog while he is young - they grow old far too quickly!

By the way - we have always said that Sandy is a gay dog! And he hasn't had the op!!!! We put it down to lack of female company. Oh,,,,,,,, and living near Brighton might have something to do with it!

My brother had a male mixed breed mostly chihuahua he adopted. It was fixed, because it mounted anything living or inanimate.

Helped but didn't completely cure. The cure seems to have been old age. The dog is quite old and now only sleeps and eats.

Who the heck is LAN? I received a separate e-mail looks like selling me shoes! Never seen that before.
