How was it for you?

George seems to have survived his turkey-eating unscathed - apart from an urgent need to go out to poo at 7 o'clock this morning. He is not the most popular dog in the world at the moment.

Apart from that, and the fact that Husband, who's been fighting a cold for the last few days, gave up yesterday afternoon at half past five and went to bed, our Christmas was fine and dandy. Oh, yes, and except for the fact that in my attempt to be organised I over-cooked the veg.

But it was lovely to have family here and be given lots of super presents - including a voucher for a de-stress massage. I'll be using that very soon ...

Hi Liz; Hope George recovered from his Turkey feast;
Nevermind about him eating the turkey It'll save you having to worry about what to do with the left overs.
We had a lovely day with middle Daughter and her in-laws. Also our darling little Grandaughter Olivia.
We are entertaining youngest Daughter and her boyfriend later. She has a cute little pug dog called Roco...I believe he has a Santa suit, so, I can't wait to see him in that.
Chloe our cat isn't very keen on him and always retreats upstairs until he's gone.

Have a lovely festive season and every good wish for 2009.

Glad you had a wonderful Christmas, Liz! Enjoyed your Christmas Eve video, complete with authentic sound effects from George:)
I'm glad George survived the turkey dinner--that's one way to deal with turkey leftovers! Daughter's puppy, a Mastiff, opened some of their presents early and devoured some candy meant for their stockings as well as a whole container of doggie treats. She bought herself a rug shampooer for Christmas:)

You have quite a handsome family--your daughter looks so much like you!

I am glad you had a great time :-) I love your family photos :-)

I have been busy, but have a few hours to chill out before spending time with the other half of the family!

Lovely looking offspring and in-laws you have! Neither of our sons is married, but one of them invited his girlfriend here over Christmas. So sweet to see them together!

Glad George is surviving the turkey episode!
