Liz, sorry I'm so late! But hope you had a great St David's Day and I see we have the same taste in inflatable daffs! George looks wonderful and you can immediately tell he is Welsh and proud of it! Back tomorrow to read the posts I've mised while so caught up in work! Love from Simi and me xxxxx

Does your daffodil squeak? I had one like that for a while until I sold it at the carboot sale in Singleton. Got quite a decent price for it too as I remember.

Happy St David's Day to you too, Leslie. We're happy to have one quarter of you!

Thank you, cherrypie!

Hope your day was good too, welshcakes.

And yours, Damon Lord!

Anonymous, yes, all right! It's a casual, familiar, youth thing and it's a comfortable way of writing sometimes.

James, you are a gentleman and a charmer! (Even if what you say isn't true! Oh, wait! Were you talking about George?)

M, good to see you again!

Maria, yes, it does. We acquired it this time last year and it still hasn't gone down!

Nice picture of both of you! George is growing up so fast!

I'm having a grand time catching up on reading blogs now that I finally have time!

Belated St. David's wishes from the marsh on the other side of the Marches.

Beautiful photo! What an incredibly tacky inflatable daff! Do they have leeks too? I must get my daughter to look out for one for me.

Thanks. mauigirl. I hope you're enjoying the break.

Thank you too, grendel and dragonstar. The daffs are on sale in Cardiff on match days but I'm sure you could find one online. We came by ours last year when another supporter left it behind. It looked lonely so I picked it up and brought it home. They are a nuisance in the stadium as they obscure the view! I don't recall seeing leeks but I'm sure they must be available too.
