Can you read this?

Is anyone else having trouble getting my blog to load?

I get the sidebar and then it stops. Sometimes it will appear after a few minutes but sometimes it won't. And there doesn't seem to be any logic in its decision.

The same thing happens when I try to load your blog (and sometimes shortypjs, too). I just try again, and it usually works the second time.

Yes, I have had that problem with uploading your blog.

On days when I have had time constraints, it has put me off, which is a shame, because I like visiting you.

funny enough today it seems to load faster than usual LOL! But on the whole your blog doesn't take that long to load, there are worse out there!

If you use firefox (not sure about internet explorer), the bar on the bottom - left corner - usually shows you what is loading. Sometimes I have the problem on my page too, because I have so much stuff on my side bar, and one component or other is slow to load and holding up the rest.

The sidebar loads first (because it is on the left), but contains the less current stuff. For this reason I put my sidebar on the right so that the current content would load first (tip!).

Then it takes quite a while for your current content to load. It is not a transfer speed problem, the delay is on the server's database, AFAIK.

I don't know how to put my sidebar on the left!

It's seemed a bit quicker today. Maybe I had photo over-load?

Sometimes it does that but it usually loads on a second try these days.

We can try and put your sidebar on the left next week if you care to! Or I am sure a son will know how to doctor the HTML code of the template - that's what you do. You can have endless fun playing about with HTML coding - that's why I have to limit my online time.

We can also put the link to our shared site about the Meeting once you & WL have passed it for publication.
