"It was only one game," said the presenter. "Don’t get carried away."
"But we’re Welsh," they retorted. "It’s what we do."

Four games lost, one game won -- albeit the one really counts. "As long as we beat the English . . . " It’s a strange phenomenon, this passion and determination to beat the old enemy. Hahaha...it's the same here in Aus, Liz! I cried tears of blood when Johnny Wilkinson kicked that winning field goal at the end of the grand final of the World Series a couple of years ago...as did all of Australia. ;)

But we made up for it in the cricket Ashes Series! Hehehehehehe! It's all in good fun...in the name of sport! ;)

Indeed it is fun ... as well! Husband is English so match days make for an intereesting experience in our house. Our two sons - even though one was born in England - are Welsh rugby supporters through and through.

I'm sorry; I did say I'd stop. But it doesn't happen very often; we have to make the most of it!

Yes, I can imagine it would be rather interesting in your place on match days. Oh to be a fly on the wall...
