Banned!

Not me but the Linden Church blog!

Access to it is blocked in China, although the Linden website is allowed in.

I feel foolishly pleased that the blog is considered subversive enough. It must mean they haven't read it though ...

I tried to text Younger Son to ask him to get some tortillas and creme fraiche on the way home. My phone has predictive texting and after I ended up with brendcreme and no way I could find of amending it, I gave up and wrote: get some of the white stuff.

Congrats to the LC on being banned! I can't be doing with predictive texting - how do they know what a lunatic like me wants to say?!

Hi Liz, sorry I signed in as anonymous in my comment, but blogger wouldn't let me comment otherwise.

How come texting is still the big thing in Britain? Nobody does it here, well maybe teenagers who do it in class. Is it because of cost? No ne of my friends use all their minutes, I certainly don't, and they don't even know how to text. I did it a couple of times just to see how to do it and my friends didn't even know how to read the message!

I'm NOT blocked in China.
Probably because I'm an Atheist. China has a problem with Xians.

BTW: The American journalist H.L. Mencken once wrote: "We must accept the other fellow's religion, but only in the sense and to the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his children smart."

I guess one can be considered on the A-list when China bans you.

Ooh I wonder if I'm banned. How did you find out Liz?

I'm not banned! I guess they've not discovered me yet! It's all the camouflage I wear.

I hope you got the right 'white stuff', Liz.

Woooo hoooo... my blog is also blocked. Damn, I am so proud! Even though it's St. Paddy's Day, I con't drink this early in the day or I would celebrate. Maybe later...

Just as well that they block me since they would not understand 99% of it anyway...
