It's the seed of the horse chestnut tree and has provided entertainment for children for generations. I see I shall have to do a post all about conkers.
Blogging is proving to be very good for my education!
I learned something new today -- I'd never heard of conkers. Conking one on one's head, yes, but never conkers. Now I know. Indeed, blogging is very educational.
